- This Terms and Conditions are in relation to providing free news portal under the project “NPP NEWS Network” run by “Mishra Informatics Center and Trust”. If you want to get a free news portal, then you have to accept all these terms and conditions which will be communicated through this website from time to time. If you do not want to accept these terms and conditions, you cannot get a free news portal under this scheme.
- A news portal called “National Public Portal” (NPP) is run by “Mishra Informatics Center and Trust” (MICET), to raise the voices of the needy and to bring the information of the country to the common man. The project “NPP News Network” is being run by Trust in this link. The news portal will be provided to the journalists. In this, any citizen of India who can meet other qualifications for running news portal can apply.
- When applying the applicant’s application to the news portal, after scrutinizing his qualifications, it will be made free a news web portal by MICET-approved Wave Design Company MIC (mic.net.in).
- The applicant will get the news portal totally free. The Trust will bear all the expenses incurred therein.
- After running the news portal successfully by the applicant, the Trust will provide an Android app on the demand of the applicant who will be totally free.
- The applicant should have experience of at least three years of journalism. At the same time, he must have done a minimum of diploma course of journalism with a reputed institution.
- Applicant should have at least one year experience of working in a news institute such as Newspaper, News Channel, News Magazine.
- The applicant should not be found guilty of Court or culpable image in the past or earlier. If the applicant is found to be involved in unlawful acts in the future or abuse of the portal, then the service will be withdrawn from him.
- Applicant can operate news portal according to his convenience.
- Any license or government permission for running the portal will have to be taken by the applicant himself.
- Reporting the news on the portal or selecting journalists will do all these works by the applicant at his own discretion. All the news, facts, figures, suggestions, information or journalists etc. of the portal will be solely responsible or accountable for the applicant. For this MICET or MIC will not be responsible / accountable by either or any other.
- All the news, facts, figures, suggestions and information posted on the news portal will also have the right to copyright as well as the trust and NPP. The Trust can post in the same or edited form on its portal NPP or give it to another entity.
- In the reserve area for advertising on the portal, the header advertisement will be reserve for the trust and in the remaining areas, the trust and applicant ratio will be 30% and 70%.
- The applicant will be the full accountability / responsibility of the advertisement posted on the reserve area for the applicant on the portal.
- If portal will inactive for 15 days without notice it can be the reason for the deactivation of transmission of the portal. And if portal will inactive for 30 days without any notice with proper reason, it can be transferred to another.
- The ownership of Website, software, Domain name, technology, Data, Server, Memory etc. used in the News Portal, Software or App will be owned by Trust. There will be no right of applicant on this.
- The right to change the terms and conditions with prior notice will always be safe with the Trust and NPP.
- In addition to accepting all the above conditions, the applicant will also have to accept the Term & Condition of MIC. The suggestion is to read MIC’s Privacy Policy.
